- You can view your current order status by visiting minted.com/orders and selecting View Order Details on your order.
- If you have not made your purchase yet, please refer to the estimated delivery date at checkout for the most accurate estimate of when you will receive your order.
To view your order status:
- Visit minted.com/orders while logged into your Minted account.
- Locate your order.
- Select View Order Details.
- You'll see your order's current status listed at the top of the page.
- Order Processing: We've received your order or requested changes. If your item includes a digital proof, this means a designer has not yet begun working on your order. You can expect to receive your digital proof within 1-2 days of placing your order.
- Proof In Progress: Our team of designers are creating your digital proof. This can take a couple hours, as your digital proof goes through a quality check to ensure we're providing you with the best in design!
- Awaiting Your Approval: Your digital proof is ready for you to review within your account! Select Review Proof to review and request changes to your design. There is no time limit for approving your proof for production.
- Production In Progress: Your order has been sent to our production facility. Your order is handcrafted by our fulfillment team with care, and most items will complete production within a few days. Because the timeline of each item may vary depending on the complexity of the product, we recommend reviewing your estimated delivery date for an up-to-date estimate on when your order will arrive to you.
- Shipped: A tracking number is now available for your order and your order is on its way! Our carriers recommend allowing up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate on your tracking link.
- Needs Attention: You've selected our Buy Now, Personalize Later option for your order! This means that before we can provide you with an updated order status, you'll need to finish personalizing your order. There's no time limit for personalizing your items – you can do so at any time!
